Postman’s Park

A tragedy at Three Mills is remembered on a Victorian memorial inside Postman’s Park in the City of London.  Postmen used to eat their sandwiches in this park and would ponder the fates of the 62 people listed on the beautifully made memorial which was the idea of eminent artist George Frederick Watts.  You’ll cry and you’ll smile when you find out what treasures lie here…
